  • Q. What time is check in and check out? A. Check in is from 15:00 and check out is 10:00.

  • Q. Is there parking? A. There is ample parking at Worton, Thrupp & Woodstock Manor.

  • Q. Do you supply bed linen? A. Bed linen is supplied in all properties.

  • Q. Do you supply Z beds? A. Z beds are available upon booking request.

  • Q. Are there hairdryers in the properties? A. Yes, we supply hairdryers in all of our properties.

  • Q. Do you supply an iron? A. Yes, we have irons in each of the properties.

  • Q. Do you have Wi-Fi? A. Wi-Fi is available in all properties, however we are not responsible for downtime.

  • Q. Do you supply cots/highchairs? A. Both cots and highchairs are available upon booking requests and subject to availability.

  • Q. Can I get a supermarket delivery to the property? A. Of course. We know that Ocado, Sainsburys and Tesco delivery to our properties. Remember to get a delivery for when you are at the property, as no one will be there to take it beforehand.

  • Q. When can I use the pool? A. Remember the pool is seasonal so please do ask us if it is available, however it is available spring- autumn. Timings are as follows; 13:00- 14:00 and 17:00 on-wards Monday to Friday, all day Saturday. The pool not open to holiday let guests on Sundays. Please note this facility may sometimes be unavailable, whether this is for unscheduled cleaning/maintenance caused by guest mis-use, or for private-use, so its availability is never guaranteed. In these instances, we will always endeavour to notify guests accordingly when this is possible.

  • Q. Do I need to bring charcoal for the BBQ? A. Yes, you will need to bring your own charcoal and lighting fuel. We do supply BBQ utensils.

  • Q. Can I have candles in the property? A. No, none of our properties are able to have candles.
