One of our main missions at Worton Park is put the land and environment around us first and everything we do has this in mind. While we are a business park, the Park also operates as a regenerative organic farm rich in wetland, woodland, and wildflower meadows. These are key habitat for lots of local wildlife. One immediately noticeable impact of some of the work we do is that you can always spot at least one red kite which flying over the park.

Our conservation measures include SSSI protection, renewable energy (biomass, air-source heat pumps, solar), onsite recycling and anaerobic digestion, and over seven EV charging bays. We’re a business park with genuine green credentials and we are always looking for ways we can improve.

6) Vibrant Business Community

The park hosts a diverse mix of companies, from environmental consultancies, construction, tech services and charities. We are also keen to keep things local and home grown which is why one of the companies onsite installed our solar panels.

Throughout the year we also offer a variety of events park tenants can take part in. A park favourite is our Macmillan Coffee Morning every September which is a great social event full of cakes, games, and a raffle with some fantastic prizes on offer.

In the past we have also had a pumpkin carving competition, Easter egg hunt and wreath making.
